Printing
We have an in-house Quality Control Lab which houses Accelerated Whetherometer, Spectrophoto Densitometer, Lab ovens, Tensile tester, and variety of other machines to test both inks and substrates involved in the printing process.
Printing on Substrates like, Polypropylene, High impact polystyrene, Metalized polyester, Poly carbonate sheets, PVC, PET and PP Vinyls, Makes a large pallet of materials for various effects.
Screen Printing
With the ability to print on nearly every substrate,
our High Impact screen-printing with half
tone and full tone
graphic colour image reproduction is highly efficient, resulting in prints that
are vibrant, colorful, and accurate.
Digital Printing
Our large format digital capabilities includes the HP Latex printing machines with water based inks which produce outstanding results enabling ultra-sharp and vibrant images.
In addition to the above, we also print using eco-solvent digital machines allowing us to cater to all needs for substrate, resolution and finishing.
Offset Printing
Spectrum is equipped with the two offset Printing machines with Intradeck UV and online coater facility to enable print on materials non-paper materials like PP, PC, HIPS, PET, Metallized polyester and multiple other substrates upto a thickness of 700 microns.
